Little Grounders l How It Works

How It Works

The Problem

Chances are you're reading this because you've experienced first-hand the frustration and concern that accompanies a toddler climbing out of his or her crib. Not only is it potentially dangerous, but a toddler on the loose can also be disruptive to sleeping parents and siblings.

The Benefits of Little Grounders

Our patent pending garments are onesie pajamas with padded soles and a flexible piece of fabric connecting the legs. This limits the ability of toddlers to lift their legs to climb while still providing enough flexibility for them to walk and play.

How to Use

If your goal is to keep your child from climbing out of the crib, we recommend that you follow these three steps:

Step 1 - Lower the mattress

The first step to help prevent your child from climbing out of the crib is to lower the mattress to the lowest setting.

Step 2 - Remove everything from the crib

Avoid toys, pillows and bumpers. The American Association of Pediatrics recommends that the crib be bare.

Step 3 - Use Little Grounders

Carefully put your child in the Little Grounders pajamas and place them safely in their crib.

While Little Grounders can help limit the ability of your little escape artist to climb, we cannot guarantee that they will not find a way out of the crib, especially as he or she gets older and develops upper body strength. Nevertheless, we are so confident that you will love our pajamas and appreciate the benefits of our patent pending climb-limiting design, that if you are not fully satisfied, you can return them to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
